The ice maker will not stop making ice. I have moved the ice level lever to the stop position manually and it still makes ice. Any idea where the problem is?
I have had to adjust the cut off arm so it would contact the switch inside the ice maker. You can remove the ice maker and the plastic cover to observe the action of the arm and switch. If it's adjusted too much it won't turn on.
