Default GE fridge-Both fridge and frezzer warm
Brand: General Electric
Model Number: PTS22LCPARCC
Age: 1 - 4 years

I think this fridge goes into defrost and forgets to come back. How do I find the defrost timer? No GE service for 400 miles.
Thanks for any help.
Oly

Your fridge does not have a defrost timer.

Your fridge is controlled by an electronic board located at the back of the fridge.

Here is a link to your fridge model PTS22LCPARCC.

There has been some issue with these fridges so you should call General Electric at US 1-800-626-2005 Canada 1-877-959-8688
