Here is a link to your
fridge model PSS26NGPA
.
For a detailed breakdown of your fridge you will need the last two digits of your model number.

What part is broken?
I guess the spring that holds the gasket closed so outside air can't get in. My question is how to get in to this area of the freezer door to fix.

The trim around the dispense should pop off and then you will be able to access the screws to disassemble the dispenser.
