Model Number: FRS26ZSEB 1
Age: More than 10 years
hOW DO YOU REMOVE THE GAMUTS THAT HOLD UP THE HANGERS FOR SHELVES IN THE FREEEZER....IS THERE A SPECIAL TOOL?

Do you mean the hex head screws.

If so it is a socket that is required. Should be 3/4 inch in size.

Here is a picture of the screw.
