To remove the front cover remove the drip tray and remove the two screws holding the bottom.

Then push up and pull out.

Here is a link to your fridge model FRS6R5ESB4.

I realize that the screws under the drip tray hold it in...I have not been able to figure out how to get the drip tray out...if you could explain that process I would be forever grateful...
thanks!

It should just pull out, nothing special, but check in your owners manual under cleaning.

I may be an idiot (quite possible) or it may not be that simple...couldn't find anything in my manual about getting that out to clean...something from the side bars on the panel seems to be holding it in...there must be some spring type releases that hold it in or something but so far I can't find any way to release it...and I have spent a lot of time trying...I appreciate your assistance...
thanks again

Change your water filter if you have one. Pull back panel and activate the water solenoid with 115 volts. Apply to solenoid with the bigger tubing. If no water, check water to it and water line out.

finally got the drip tray out...it was insanely hard to get it to release...but I went to the dealer and saw how it should just pop out so I tried again with rubber gloves on and applied mighty pressure...and it finally came out...looks like there was a drip of glue that had been holding it in...on a serendipitous note, the power had gone out yesterday for about 15 hours, and in that time period the ice that had been blocking that line melted so now the water is flowing again! mystery solved!

seems like a design flaw that the line can freeze like that...needs some insulation on the line...
