Question Frost, and no cooling, cold control dead.
Brand: Maytag
Model Number: GS20C4D3EV
Age: More than 10 years

Good evening. I'm french and don't write your language very well ... Sorry.
My fridge never shutt off; it's ten years old. I think the thermostat is dead (defrost clock, defrost heater and klicson OK)

Could you give me the reference of this part and say me if you could send it to me in France ?

Thank you !

Thank you for your help.

The temperatures are 15° (Celsius !) in the freezer, and 18 in the fridg.
To control them, I put the thermometer in a glass full of water and I put the glass in the middle of the fridg, and in the middle of the freezer.

Your freezer temperature is WAY above freezing 59 degrees farenhight.
You have serious refrigeration problems for a pro. to figure out.
