The freezer stays at a constant 0 - degrees but the inside as well as all the food gets frost in the packages. The inside could be defrosted every 2 months at least. The door seems to seal, you can hear the air being sucked out. Has anyone experienced this, could it be the seal, is sealing but then comes away from the door? Please help freezer works but food his getting freezer burn.

Try checking the gasket seal using a dollar bill. There should be tension all the way around. Check for damage and dirt.
