Cool Frigidaire male threaded waterline connection
Brand: Frigidaire
Model Number: frs22wpb
Age: More than 10 years

What type of fitting should be used to connect the thin copper waterline coming from the wall....to the 3/4 male threaded waterline/icemaker adapter on the bottom back of the fridge???

I have already tried a 3/4 female iron pipe thread adapter, but the threads would not fit. Please help before I have to try trial & error on over 50 different fittings that they make.

It should be a 3/4" copper female nut for water line connections.

Take the water valve off the fridge and take it with you so you get the right one.

Default you mean......

the fitting that says 3/4" female hose connection? So the fridge threads will be the same as a hose bib thread I guess?? Or is there some other specialized fitting we are talking about that I dont know about yet?? I'm sure Lowe's would have all this stuff right?
