Everytime water dispenser is used water shoots out from underneath fridge.Tracked it down to an approx.1"hole with 2 of the water lines going up into it.Facing the back of fride the hole is located at the bottom left part of rear wall. Any suggestions on what this may lead to (water tank??) and any sugessted fix. Thanks.

It should lead to the reservoir behind the crisper in the fridge where the water is chilled before it goes to the water dispenser. You can disconnect the line on the reservoir and the valve where the water comes from, examine the line and replace it it that's where the hole is.
