Compressor is running ,coils behind panel are freezing up ! Fan behind panel in freezer section is not coming on !

The model # that I reference to get parts is PLHS267ZABO. Leave off the BO for other parts ? Why, I don't know ! Maybe that will help . Thanks

You might have a bad defrost thermostat preventing the fan to work. Remove back panel to freezer and check.

The o is a zero.

You may have a faulty defrost control.

This is the electronic control in the control panel in the fridge section.

You may have a faulty heater.

Or as Appguy said you may have a faulty defrost thermostat.

You should have continuity through the heater and defrost thermostat.

These are located in the freezer section.
