My refrig is not cooling. The freezer feels like it's cooling, but the compressor doesn't go on.

If the compressor is not coming on the fridge will not cool.
On the control panel in the fridge section locate the timer.
You will see two screws with a small knob between them.
Turn the knob until you hear it click.
If the compressor starts you have a faulty timer.
If the compressor does not start it could be the relay on the compressor.
