yes my refrigerator and freezer work fine however items on the top shelf nearest the freezer tend to freeze and any item touching the back wall. i have had it on the lowest setting for years because of this and was just wondering if there was a way to stop it. or i'll just keep it as it is. oh sometimes the lettuce gets frozen in the veggie drawers.

I have use a different model so I can show you a picture of the parts of the air diffuser.

Here is the link to inside of your fridge.

Check and make sure that all the parts of the diffuser are in your fridge.

There should be five parts to the diffuser.

Numbers 9,21,24,26 and a gasket on number 26.

The gasket is not shown on this model but is part of your model.

Check and make sure the air damper is connected to the control.

If any of the parts are missing it could be your problem.
