Default Frig/Freezer problem
Brand: General Electric
Model Number: GSH25SGPA
Age: 1 - 4 years

The problem I have is from the second shelf up on the freezer and refrig. does not freeze or refrig.
Below the second shelves are working...my ice maker and water /ice in the door are not working either.
Can you help?

Remove back panel of freezer and check for frosted coils, if frozen thaw out with hair dryer and check defrost heater and thermostat.

Does this refrig have a computer board?

You probably have a refrigeration problem, not necessarily a bad mother board.
Measure freezer temperature and post.
