Brand: Kenmore
Model Number: side by side elite
Age: 5 - 10 years
I just moved this frig (150mi). even on the coldest settings, the frig and freez will not cool properly

Was it transported laying down. If so was it allowed to stand upright for several hours before it was plugged up. If not that is probably the problem.
