 Fridge too hot Brand: Hotpoint Model Number: tfhw24r Age: 1 - 4 years
just bought a used hotpoint 23 cu. side by side. worked fine for a couple weeks, now, fridge side too hot. then two days ago, the freezer stopped as well. we checked out the compressor and it wasn't running. we unplugged for a while the tried again. compressor on and worked great for about 24 hr, now fridge hot. found some ice on bottom wall of freezer and it is a frostfree model. maybe something is blocked???? compressor seems to work fine. help. |
