It appears that my compressor is overloading when starting up. The system starts up slowly as if it doesn't hav enough power, then after 45 seconds, the overload relay kicks the system down and back up immediately. Is this a compressor issue or is it the overload relay.
I purchased this unit 6 months ago and just cleaned it with a watering hose. Please help

It sounds like a weak overload.

What do you mean by you just cleaned it with a watering hose?

Did you let it dry completely before plugging it in.
