The problem with your fridge is it is not defrosting.

This is blocking the air flow to the fridge section.

This can be caused by one of three things.

The defrost timer.

The defrost heater.

The defrost bi metal (defrost thermostat)

To test the timer, locate it in the fridge section in the control panel.

All you will see of the timer is a knob between two screws.

With the compressor running turn the knob until the compressor shuts off.

The fridge is now in the defrost cycle.

The defrost cycle will last about 20 to 25 minutes.

The fridge should start back up, but if the timer is faulty you will have to turn the knob again until the fridge starts back up.

Check the pan under the fridge to see if the fridge defrosted there should be water in the pan.

If there is no water in the pan the problem is either the heater or the bi metal.

You will need a meter to check these.

The bi metal has to be cold to get a reading on it.

Here is a link to your fridge model mtb2191arw.

This is what the timer looks like.
