An idiot at work tryed to defrost the fridge at work useing a screwdriver. I got it for free. The evaptor core is a punched out tin assembly with a hole in it. Can I braze the hole shut or soder it? The low side is 85 lbs <useing 234A> on a full charge, and can I purge out all the moisture by blowing freon thru it or do I have to evacuate the system? Also, I need to soder a service valve connection to the compressor, do I use the crimpted off suction side of the compressor or the low side line and how do I read high side pressures when chargeing?....I'm an old car mechanic turned factory worker but still have my gague set, thanks for any info, Tim
