Hi i fridge is not working but frezer is fine??

ive done all preliminary checks without having to get to the back of the unit.

it is a freezer with fridge unit attached above it see attached pic. I can hear the compressor working fine.

ive cleaned the draining hole on inside back of the fridge, temp setting on the dial above the door is where it should be.

one of the compressors is cold the other warm???

what wrong? is it the temp control that needs replacing if so how do i get to it?

is it the evaporator fan or somthing to do with something elese??

should i check for continuity using a multitester in these elements where do i get replacements?

The problem is most likely a defrosting problem.

I don't have any information on your brand but most of the time if the freezer section is working but the fridge is not it is because it is not defrosting.

This will block the air flow to the fridge section not allowing the cold air in to the fridge.
