Default Fridge is not working
Brand: Jenn-Air
Model Number: JCD 2389GE
Age: 5 - 10 years

I came home and noticed pudles of water.
Water came from Freezer and I could feel the air blowing but not cold as it should be.
About three month ago the freezer had problem with frost and I changed the PCB board and it has been working fine.
There is no frost in the back.(Obviousely, it is not blowing the cold air).

What could it be wrong?

I do hear little sound (very low), like a rattling sound., on and off.

I hear clicking sound, but do not hear compressor runing.
What could it be?
Which part do I need to change?

Your PTR relay probably blew out. Just remove cover on the side of compressor and pry off relay. Look up part on partselect and order it. If you have a meter, good idea to confirm voltage to compressor which would confirm bad PTR.
