Brand: Whirlpool
Age: 5 - 10 years
Hi I have just bought a whirlpool fridge with an ice maker I have to run a waterline but I dont know what size . or what kind of fittings to use
Should I use copper or plastic ?

The water line is usually a 1/4 inch line.

You can us either copper or plastic.

A hardware store may sell a installation kit or you could order one from Appliance Parts From PartSelect | Repair Parts For Major Appliances.

The part number for the copper is PS55190.

The part number for the plastic is PS55191.
