Default Fridge & frezzer not cooling good
Brand: Roper
Model Number: RS25AEXLQ00
Age: 5 - 10 years

My freezer temp is abut 50 deg. Frdige not that cool. Codense fan blowing, coils were dirty but cleaned them. U can hear the compressor shutting off & on constantly. Its off for about 5 minutes, then it kicks on & then 10 secs later it shuts off (compressor). Think it could be thermostat or compressor going bad? If compressor, could I install a hard start on the compressor to help? Thanks for any advise! Trying to avoid buying new fridge!
