My freezer won't get cold witch keeps my fridge from getting cold. I removed the back panel of the freezer and no ice build up. Fan is running and everything is clean. Compressor is running. The line coming from the back that runs to the compressor is cold going into the coils in the freezer but it won't make them cold. Please help in anyway you can. Thanks.

MikeG95- Is your condenser fan next to the compressor running. Otherwise you may be low on freon and require a repairman to determine.






longnbaxly- Check for ice build up behind back panel of freezer. Is evaporator fan in freezer running. Is the damper between the freezer and fridge open. It should open and close when you raise and lower temp. with the fridge temp control.
