frs26r4aw2 OOps I forgot the two at the end of the model number
about a month ago both my fridge and freezer became warm and thawed everything. The next day it was back to it's old self again until now it has done it again. Tha repair man came out and was clueless. I cannot afford to pay him 75.00 again to scratch his head. I live in a small town and have no other options. Please help me. It still is not working after 4 days but is still humming like it is trying to turn on

This would be hard thing to diagnose.

It sounds like when it goes in the defrost cycle it may be staying to long.

If you can pin point when it happens and what the fridge is doing when it happens it would help.

Can you please check your model number as there should be a number after the AW.
