 Fridge/Freezer not staying cold enough Brand: General Electric Model Number: PTS22LHPARWW Age: 1 - 4 years
Freezer comes and goes but will not cool all the way to 0 like it should it's been somewhere between 15 - 30 degrees. Fridge doesn't seem as bad but it's not at 37 where it should be... been in the low 40s. Sears said that the fan isn't working properly because the circuit board control is bad and isn't making it run properly. Wanted to charge me $400 for the repair. Does this sound like the right diagnosis? |
