Check to see if the condenser fan at the back bottom of fridge is running.
Is the compressor motor near that fan running.
Are the coils warm ,cold or hot.

Is the evaporator fan in the freezer running. It blows cold air into the fridge side through a damper in the wall between the freezer and fridge. Make sure the damper is open.

Below the evaporator fan is the evaporator coils. Remove the back cover in the freezer to observe the frost pattern. stopped up? clear? ice in one spot . frost everywhere.

sounds like the defrost termal switch is not working i would check the freezer and coils sometimes the switch in frig has a termal in it take down and see if you get any cold air then in freezer mine did the same thing and i paid over $250 and had to fix my self for $45un plug frig first and the rest is not hard as long as you do not remove any pipes most time its in your controls which most all just unpugs and plugs back in very easy to change but expensive if you have a repair man to do it if frig is old some times its best to buy another cheap one also when its running check the back coils to see if they get hot and if they dont get hot could be just switches
