Default Fridge Freezer
Brand: Whirlpool
Model Number: S20B
Age: 1 - 4 years

orange light flickering on front electrical panel indicating change water filter, also the green temp indicators for fridge and freezer are flashing frantically the same time , is this due to the water filter needing replacing or is this a seperate problem?

thanks lee

model is, 858615115000, serial no is, 110307010687, hope this helps, since my last thread i have replaced the water fillter for a new one, held in the button for 3 seconds and it is still flickering, no change, if i turn the appliance off at the mains and switch it back on it rights its self, 10 seconds later it starts flickering again.

thanks lee

It sounds like it is a problem with the electronics.

I am still having trouble with your model number.

Are any of the numbers maybe letters?
