Fridge failing to cool, Freezer works fine

For about 3 months now, the Fridge has failed to cool. The Freezer seems to be working fine. I tried unpluging it for a few days and pluging it back in and trying all levels on the temperature dial, which has done nothing. Thoughts?

Is the fan in the freezer working?

Is there an ice build up on the coil in the freezer section?
