Default Fridge doors
Brand: Frigidaire
Age: Less than 1 year

i have recently purchased a side by side frigidaire fridge. I had to take the doors off to put it in place. I have put the doors back on and everything is working find, except that the right door is higher than the left door now. I tried the leveling nut at the bottom of the toe plate to adjust them, thats what it says to do in the manual, but dosen't seem to do anything. I was wondering what can i do to make the doors align even, is it because the floor is not level and if so what can i do.

Thanks in advance

John

did you check for level before you reinstalled the doors? I have a different make, but maybe it has similar installation, if so, you have to first level unit, then you can adjust doors seperately...hope this helps....

Depending on how far it is out, you will have to adjust one screw one way, and the screw on the opposite side the opposite way.
