I cannot find my model number on my Monogram side by side frigde/freezer. I need to replace the clear plastic part of the deep door shelf that is cracked, but I cannot find the part on the parts listing. Can you tell me how to order it, or do I need to order the whole shelf? I am also trying to order a new door to the ice maker that broke off. I found that part. Thank you.

Your model number should be on a tag in the fridge section on the wall or ceiling.

The tag will all so have the serial number.
