Unhappy Freezing on top shelf only?
Brand: Electrolux
Model Number: FFU21K2CW1
Age: 1 - 4 years

Freezer appeared to stop working although the top shelp remained iced the very top unit was dripping and the other shelves were bare of ice. (I lost alot of thawed product) I moved the freezer around and plugged it in a different outlet, but am now afraid to put anything in it for fear of future loss. Do I just wait or has anyone else experienced this? Manufactured in 11/04/03. Thanks! Karin

If the freezer is only freezing on one shelf it may have a leak in the sealed system.

You will have to have this check by a qualified technician.

Here is a link to your freezer model FFU21K2CW1.
