Can you please provide your model number?

It should be on a tag in the fridge section.

It sounds like the fridge is not defrosting.

The air passages are blocked and the cold air from the freezer can not cool the fridge side.

Read some of the other post to see if they help with your problem.

I can seem to bring up your model number in our database.

Where was the fridge purchased?
