The freezer is working fine, but the refrigerator is warm. We have cleaned the coils and see nothing blocking the vents. Thanks for any help you can give us.

Check to see if the fan in the freezer is working.

Look in the freezer section and see if there is ice on the coils behind the back panel.

If there is ice on the coils the freezer is not defrosting.

You will have to check the heater and defrost thermostat.

Remove the kick plate and find the technician sheet under the fridge in an envelope.

This will tell you how to check the defrost circuit.

Thanks for your help. We replaced the motor for the fan and it is working fine.
