Is the evaporator fan in the freezer running. It blows cold air into the fridge side through a damper in the wall between the freezer and fridge. Make sure the damper is open.

Below the evaporator fan is the evaporator coils. Remove the back cover in the freezer to observe the frost pattern. stopped up? clear? ice in one spot . frost everywhere.
Ice build up points to a defrost problem. check defrost timer, defrost heater, defrost thermostat.Refrigerator Repair Guide: How To Fix a Refrigerator - ACME HOW TO.com

In most of the new units they now have the adaptive defrost control. It senses when to defrost based on how many times and for how long the door is opened. It's more energy efficient but there does seem to be lots of problems with the board.

The condensation next to the light bulb questions me. Is there a possibility that the door was left open in the freezer? If so the compressor will get hot, and cut off, and then things would re-freeze. Not time for a new one yet. If you need me you can reach me at my web site at ApplianceEducator.com Tom

Please be sure to post your replies on the forum or they will not be seen.

If your fan is not work it will not push the cold air into the fridge section.

Can you please verify your model number?

The model number should be on a tag in the fridge section with the serial number.

With your model number I can give you a breakdown of the parts of your fridge.

Is there anything else not working like the condenser fan motor?

This motor is down by the compressor behind the fridge.

You can find a technician sheet under the fridge in an envelope stuck to the bottom that will help you test the fridge.

Yes, it seems the fan isnot working at the back of the freezer. I took it out and tested it and even under direct current it is not spinning. Here is the info off the motor. It is a Panasonic with UDRR002GLL, 115v-60hz, 3:3W,LnZ.P, 19702038P005,
WR60x10046, 60903 and finally made in japan. Which of these is the part #? Thank you all.

The part number for the motor is wr60x10046. The PartSelect.com part number is PS966999.

Can you supply the model number of your fridge?
