We have a samsung fridge freezer. Not sure if the fridge part is working properly or not but the freezer part is not working properly. Once the freezer is down to the correct temperature the freezer clicks off and stops making a noise as expected. However it doesn't turn itself back on as the temperature rises unless you turn the applicance off at the plug on the wall and back on again.

We cannnot tell if the fridge is doing the same or not.

Can anyone offer any advice on this situation.
