I have checked the condenser fan and it runs fine, i also pulled the cover off the inside of the freezer compartment and this fan is also running fine,but i did notice some minimal ice around the coils.I took a hair drier and cleaned it off but still don't have ice or no frozzen food,what's next?::
This is a side by side unit and the refrigerator side works fine.

Could you see the entire coil to check out the ice. You may need to take the panel off to see it.

I did take the cover off and cleared the coils from the freezer side from ice and it still is not cold enough and i ran the water in the door so it's getting water.Is there a thermostat? I did notice a small round fixture around one of the coils behind the freezer panel inside.:

That is the defrost thermostat which prevents the defrost heater from overheating. If it's bad it would prevent defrosting. Is the compressor motor near the condenser fan running.
Are the coils warm ,cold or hot.
