I have an upright freezer with coils through the wire shelves. The top coil/shelf has frost on it and seems to be working. The other 3 coils/shelves are not working. They are cold but not freezing the food. Any ideas what could be the problem? Thanks for your help in advance.

A frost pattern like that usually indicates low freon. If the situation continues another day I would assume that's the problem. Yours should still be under warranty.
