we have water that was running onto the floor from the inside of the freezer. After we cleaned it out we discovered that it is freezing on the bottom of the freezer. The icemaker hasnt been working so we disconnected the water lines.

It is likely defrost water that is not draining to the pan under the fridge because the drain is plugged.

Remove the back panel from the inside of the freezer and clean the drain trough.
