Will need a Model Number

Which fan? The one in the freezer or the one down by the compressor

The in freezer fan usually runs as long as the freezer is not in a defrost cycle

Remove the fan and give it a good cleaning and check the fan blades.
Could be it is out of balance

If OK you may have to replace the fan to get rid of the noise

Check you door seal to make sure it is not letting in warm air, though usually this is obvious because of excessive frosting on the freezers contents

Actually, your Kenmore refrigerator, has had problems with vibration noises in the condenser motor. Therefore the have a new kit, and a different type of motor, and blade to put on that product. That is definently your problem. Just give the parts people your model #, and it will automatically give you the kit. If you need help repairing the product, I can walk you through the repair. I can be reached at my web site at ApplianceEducator.com Tom
