Thank you for your reply. There is no back panel on this model. When the unit
was serviced earlier this year, it was pulled out away from the wall and the coils
where all exposed and were normal. I do hear the compressor going on & off as it goes through it's cooling cycles. The freezer it's self seems normal (without any accumlated frost or icing), and the outside of the unit is cool or normal - it's just not keeping anything frozen.
Before the condensor fan was replaced a few months ago, the left side of the unit got very warm (almost hot) when the compressor was running, so I think the fan is working because the cabinet is remaining normal while the compressor is running.  |
