Noticed feezer not freezing and refrigerator getting warm. Also here a clicking noise compressor seems to be running off and on. Could this be the starter relay and or the run capacitor? Is there a way to check relay and capacitor.

Where does the noise seem to be coming from? Have you checked to make sure the condenser fan is clean?

If you here a clicking noise every in the back of ref. were compressor is every 3-5 min. then you need to replace your overload and relay.If that does not start your compressor then you have a bad compressor, but I dont think it will be bad, most whirlpool/kenmore units overload and relays go out after about 5 years

The issues you had with your refrigerator is exactly what we have goin on with our whirlpool.

Did the solution suggested work or do I need to sell stuff for new unit???
