 Freezer not freezing/bottom frig not getting cold Brand: Magic Chef Model Number: RB19KA-2A Age: More than 10 years
The freezer is not freezing and the bottom part of refrigerator is barely getting cold. I disconnected the refrigerator overnight and next morning water was on the floor. I reconnected the refrigerator, however, the freezer won't freeze water tray. In addition, bottom part of refigerator is barely cold. I also noticed that during the summer months, the bottom part of the refrigerator did not get very cold.

Yesterday, I turned off the refrigerator and vaccumed out the bottom parts in the back of the refrigerator. I turned it back on and when I checked this morning, the freezer is now freezing(I hear the freezer fan running), however, the bottom of frig is not getting cold enough. 
Please help!

Reason: Freezer is working again; but, bottom part of frig is not very cold.
