The freezer has stopped freezing seems to be cool inside. The refrigerator is cold. How do you get to the coils to clean them.

You fridge may have got stuck in the defrost cycle.

Locate the defrost timer in the control panel in the fridge section.

The timer will have a knob in the center of it that can be turned.

Turn the knob until you hear a click.

If the compressor starts up replace the timer.
