Below the evaporator fan is the evaporator coils. Remove the back cover in the freezer to observe the frost pattern. stopped up? clear? ice in one spot . frost everywhere. If heavy ice build up see if your manual tells you how to manually put it in defrost mode and you can check the heater and defrost thermostat. The control board controls the defrost time and it may be bad.

there is no ice build up at all on the tubing or on the coils.

Check to see if the condenser fan at the back bottom of fridge is running.
Is the compressor motor near that fan running.
Are the coils warm ,cold or hot.

With everything else working like it's supposed to, I would suspect that the system has a freon leak which will require a service call to verify.
