Amana side by side model # SXD2252W
Fridge side fine- Freezer side - not freezing

I have cleaned the coils under the unit .
I have the dial truned all the way.
Blower is blowing and the temp is cool .
Ice cream is slushy. Everything is gradually melting.

What else can I do?

Below the evaporator fan is the evaporator coils. Remove the back cover in the freezer to observe the frost pattern. stopped up? clear? ice in one spot . frost everywhere.
