Unhappy Freezer not freezing
Brand: Frigidaire
Model Number: MRSWRGWI
Age: 5 - 10 years

I have a side by side. The freezer is not freezing from the bottom shelf and in the basket. Also, the top part of the freezer(first and second shelf) seem like it is freezing but could be colder. It seems like there is no air circulating in the bottom of the freezer. I have vacumed underneath the frig. The refring is @ 40, but it will not get any colder. I need HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

How long does it run for?

Is the problem getting worse?

This might be a most commonly system problem, compressor, system leak restriction...Usually big $$$! Better call a service tech to let you know whether it is worth spending money on it!

This could be a sign of a system leak.

It is best to have a technician in to look at it.
