Default Freezer no Freezing
Brand: Amana
Model Number: side by side
Age: 5 - 10 years

I have an Amana side by side, I have replaced the freezer thermostat, the heating element and defrost timer. The freezer will not go lower than 28 degrees. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Make sure the evaporator motor works. If so you probably have refrigeration problems. Will need a service tech.
