Freezer isnt cold enough, fridge isnt cold enough, I took the panels off in the freezer, there is lots of ice, I was gonna check the defrost heater but cant find the Defrost timer, any help would be appreciated........

You probably have the evaporative defrost control(couldn't get response with your model number). It controls when it goes into defrost. Your manual may tell how to force it into defrost to check the heater and defrost thermostat.
