Freezer Icing up

The tubes inside the freezer keeps freezing up. I have to deice it every 2 weeks. I need help in with this problem.

Are you referring to the evaporator at the back of the freezer behind the panel?
If you are you have a defrost circuit problem.
You will have to have a meter to test the heater and the thermostat.
The thermostat has to be cold to be tested.
If the heater and the thermostat check out to be good the mother board will have to be replaced.
