Noticed water leaking out of side-by-side freezer 1st, then temp went up 2nd, then everything defrosted, then fridge stopped working...used fridge/freezer thermometer and temp is up to 68 degrees. What could be causing this?

It sound like the fridge is stuck in the defrost cycle.

In the control panel in the fridge section locate the defrost timer and turn the knob until the compressor starts.

If this starts the compressor you will need a new defrost timer.

If the compressor does not start you may have a problem with the relay on the compressor.
